About The Position
Welo Data is seeking a Data Labeling Associate (Marathi) to support the evaluation and improvement of cutting-edge AI systems.
Requirements
- Native-level Marathi proficiency
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- B2+ English proficiency
- 1-2 years of professional writing experience
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship)
- Must be able to commute to one of the listed locations
Nice To Haves
- Experience in AI/GenAI, QA, data quality, annotation, or related fields is a plus
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated content and provide structured feedback
- Review data quality and identify trends, issues, and edge cases
- Apply evaluation guidelines and improve quality standards
- Collaborate with teams to enhance AI model performance
