Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on business intelligence.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Strong consulting skills, with experience in problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and leading collaborative efforts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from both internal and external sources to provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns within datasets to uncover influences and provide a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape.
• Construct forecasts and develop strategic and tactical plans based on thorough business data analysis and market knowledge.
• Create detailed specifications for reports and analyses based on business needs, ensuring alignment with available data elements.
• Provide consultation to users, leading cross-functional teams to address and resolve business issues effectively.
• Utilize system reporting tools to produce datasets and reports, facilitating in-depth analysis and informed decision-making.
• Support the development and optimization of partner programs and incentive structures through advanced analytics and modeling techniques.
• Global and geo specific support is required.
