About The Position
The ideal candidate will possess strong consulting skills and have a robust background in business intelligence analysis. This role involves analyzing complex business problems, identifying trends, constructing forecasts, and developing strategic plans. The analyst will also create detailed specifications for reports, consult with users, lead cross-functional teams, and utilize system reporting tools to produce datasets and reports. Additionally, the position supports the development and optimization of partner programs and incentive structures through advanced analytics and modeling techniques, requiring global and geo-specific support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on business intelligence.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Strong consulting skills, with experience in problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and leading collaborative efforts.
