Requirements
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience : 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Strong knowledge of Excel and statistical analysis tools such as Python, R, or SAS. Familiarity with ETL processes and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS, Azure).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in A/B testing and experimentation.
- Understanding of machine learning techniques and AI-driven analytics.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Insights : Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform business strategies.
- Visualization & Reporting : Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to present key insights clearly and concisely.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with business leaders, product teams, and operational teams to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Performance Optimization : Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business processes, efficiency, and performance.
- Predictive Analytics : Utilize statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to forecast trends and outcomes.
- Data Quality & Governance : Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various systems and sources.
- Storytelling with Data : Synthesize complex information into digestible insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
