About The Position

GetMeHealthcare is scaling nationally and building the future of healthcare sales. We are hiring multiple roles within our Entry-Level Data Entry department. At GetMeHealthcare, we provide everything you need to succeed from day one, including paid training, structured onboarding, daily support, and access to the same systems that power our sales organization. You will utilize our proprietary platforms, including The Gorilla CRM and Aurora, to verify applications, manage client information, and support production at a high level. This is a fast-paced, production-driven environment where precision, speed, and consistency matter.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process application data for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and internal standards
• Handle inbound and outbound customer service interactions professionally
• Support sales representatives with backend processing and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate and organized client records across internal systems
• Identify and correct discrepancies quickly and efficiently
• Work within deadlines in a high volume production environment
