Requirements

• Proven experience in a data entry, data clerk, or similar role.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying data inconsistencies.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with database software and an interest in emerging technologies such as AI and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain large volumes of data across various company databases and systems.
• Review and verify data for errors, omissions, or duplications, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare and organise source documents for data entry, identifying and interpreting data to be entered.
• Collaborate with our technical teams to support the data requirements for AI, RPA, and Big Data projects.
• Perform regular data quality checks and contribute to data cleansing initiatives.
• Adhere strictly to data privacy and security policies, handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
• Generate reports and retrieve data from systems for analysis as required by the team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes and procedures.
