About The Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering various types of data into our systems accurately. Key tasks include updating subscriber records while maintaining both quality and quantity expectations. This role involves accurately keying a variety of subscription transactions and special requests from source documents into our systems, reviewing documents to determine transaction types, and entering correct amounts for check-bearing documents. The position also requires printing batch headers, matching them to corresponding documents, totaling checks, and balancing checks to batch totals. Daily paperwork, including recording clerical charges, and keying re-batched documents are also part of the responsibilities. Utilizing Confluence and other documentation for client-specific information and updates, as well as obtaining and returning assigned work from a designated area, are essential functions of this role.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum typing skills requirement: 35 WPM.
  • Basic verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to interpret, examine, and process data.
  • Ability to compare and evaluate entered data with original document and make necessary edits.
  • Average organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately keys a variety of subscription transactions and special requests from source documents into our systems.
  • Review documents and determine type of transaction.
  • Enter the correct amounts for check bearing documents.
  • Print batch header, match to corresponding documents and totals checks.
  • Balance checks to batch totals.
  • Complete daily paperwork including but not limited to recording clerical charges.
  • Keys re-batched documents.
  • Utilize Confluence and other documentation for client specific information and updates.
  • Obtain and return assigned work from designated area.
  • Maintains confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients' proprietary information.
  • Interacts in a cooperative and professional manner, with all levels of employees, clients and/or vendors, in a team environment.
  • Organizes tasks and resources to complete work and meet deadlines according to established departmental procedures.
  • Acquires and adopts new information in a changing technical environment.
  • Adheres to CDS Global guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Assuming additional responsibilities as required.
