About The Position
In a rapidly growing, dynamic business unit, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders across the Perio Protect product line. This position is responsible for managing order intake from multiple channels, maintaining accurate data within internal systems, and supporting operational efficiency through precise recordkeeping and process adherence. The role is highly detail-oriented and process-driven, requiring strong organizational skills, data accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously. This individual contributes to overall business performance by ensuring orders are entered, tracked, and maintained with consistency and integrity, supporting downstream operations and revenue recognition.
Requirements
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable making phone calls and interacting with potential customers
- Strong computer skills
Responsibilities
- Create sales orders for all incoming gel and PDP orders from multiple sources.
- Handle customer inquiries and field questions regarding order status.
- Take orders from customers.
- Monitor incoming emails for orders and customer inquiries and respond accordingly.
- Contact offices with orders on processing hold for reasons other than credit/delinquency to resolve.
- Utilize FMP to log conversations, follow up needs and sales history.
- Ensure orders are logged in FMP.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
