Under the direction of the SOR Coordinator, the Data Analyst (DA) manages and ensures the timely collection and submission of OASAS (Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services) documentation from SOR CRPA (Certified Recovery Peer Advocate) staff. In addition to these duties, the DA role includes managing reassessment timelines, generating monthly reports, and performing traditional data analyst tasks such as data cleaning, analysis, and presentation of findings. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with multiple teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery of essential documentation. The DA is responsible for periodic on-site visits to programs where CRPAs are assigned to review documentation and train staff in data collection.
