About The Position
Willison Law, PC, a dedicated law firm, is seeking a meticulous and highly organised Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining sensitive information in our firm's databases and case management systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity of our data and supporting the efficiency of our legal professionals. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to confidentiality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a legal setting or familiarity with legal terminology is advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter data from various sources, including legal documents, client records, and correspondence, into the firm’s digital systems.
- Review and verify data for errors or omissions, correcting any inconsistencies to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain and update client files and legal case information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Organise and prepare source documents for data entry.
- Assist legal staff by retrieving data and generating reports as requested.
- Comply with data integrity, security policies, and legal regulations at all times.
- Perform regular database maintenance and quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity.
