About The Position

HighKey Agency is a fast-growing digital marketing and public relations organization that specializes in social media growth, branding, online marketing strategy, and media outreach for companies, inventors, and entrepreneurs across many industries. We provide our clients with tailored digital solutions, strategic campaigns, unique content and performance-driven marketing activities. We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to help our accounting, administrative and operational divisions in a fast-paced remote work environment as we continue to grow.

Requirements

  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good typing accuracy and data entry skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizing skills.
  • Could be a good team player.
  • Must have good eye for detail and discretion.
  • Experience with scanning, storing and filing of firm data & records.
  • High School diploma or equivalent recommended.
  • Experience with clerical/administrative/data entry/customer service preferred, 5 years above.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Administration or comparable discipline is a plus
  • Knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping tasks is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Enter, update and manage corporate records and financial information in the internal systems
  • Prepare invoices to be paid and processed for customers.
  • Follow up and resolution of outstanding invoices.
  • Assist vendors with invoice and payment questions.
  • Organize and process data and weekly check runs for suppliers payments.
  • Support monthly financial close and reporting of data, as needed.
  • Develop appropriate processes for filing digital and traditional records.
  • Upload, scan & file firm documents & paperwork.
  • Create reports, spreadsheets and tracking logs.
  • Prepare purchase orders as needed.
  • Schedules meetings/appointments if necessary.
  • Help the financial and administrative departments with data management activities.
  • Other departments give support as necessary.
  • Performs other clerical and administrative activities as required.
