About The Position

This is a Contract position based out of Peoria, IL. The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Responsibilities

Communicate with clients via email to send invoices and collect payments
Researching discrepancies with account balances and correcting errors
Communicating with internal departments to resolve issues with accounts
Pursues delinquent accounts and maintains documented record of collections
Generates and distributes billing invoices, statements, and delinquent notices.
Provides monthly reporting on aged receivables and matters of collections to management.
Assists with special projects and other duties when needed.
