About The Position
Virginia Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced Dental Data Entry Specialist. Dental experience (clinical or administrative) required. Experience with Dentrix and Carestack a plus. This is a non-exempt, hourly position.

Responsibilities
- Carefully enter details like payment amount, date, payer information, and any relevant reference numbers into designated system.
- Match payment information with the corresponding statements, claims, or other records to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve any differences between the payment received and the expected amount.
- Enter insurance payments and calculate adjustments to accounts.
- Assist bookkeepers and insurance personnel in all offices with questions on accounts.
- Assist in Month-End close and reporting.
