Requirements
- Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong command of MS Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A strong understanding of data confidentiality principles and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further computer training or certification will be an asset.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter various types of data into our company databases and systems from source documents within time limits.
- Review, verify, and correct data where necessary to ensure the highest levels of accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update records, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all sensitive information.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies to protect sensitive company and client information.
- Collaborate with team members to support various departments with their data needs and ensure consistency across the organisation.
- Identify and report any data-related issues or inconsistencies to the relevant management.
