About The Position

GoGoMeds is seeking an experienced Data Entry Manager to oversee and support the Data Entry Department within our mail-order pharmacy. This full-time leadership role ensures pharmacy technicians across multiple locations maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards while managing departmental performance.

  • High School Diploma required
  • At least 2-3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
  • At least 2-3 years of Management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (business, healthcare administration, or related field), or equivalent relatable experience
  • PTCB Certified

Responsibilities

  • Uphold company policies for Pharmacy Technicians in the Data Entry Department, including attendance policy and occurrence tracking
  • Review PTO/Sick Time requests for Pharmacy Technicians in the Data Entry Department
  • Determine appropriate staffing level and hire technicians as appropriate
  • Perform annual reviews for each data entry team member
  • Provide written warnings, write-ups, etc. when disciplinary action needed
  • Oversee Data Entry output and workflows, monitoring technician performance and setting individual goals based on tasks, workload, and capabilities
  • Update existing training resources as necessary or create new material as needed
  • External communication with clients for order troubleshooting and resolution
  • Understand and uphold SLAs for clients
