About The Position

OTG Management is a leading airport hospitality company that operates hundreds of restaurants, bars, and retail markets across major airports in the United States and Canada. Founded in 1996, we are dedicated to transforming the traditional airport travel experience. We are currently seeking a meticulous and organised Data Entry professional to join our dynamic team based in New York. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining critical company data, playing a vital role in the efficiency of our operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further computer training or certification will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data from various sources into our databases and systems.
• Review and verify data for errors or omissions, correcting any inconsistencies to ensure complete accuracy.
• Maintain and update existing records to reflect the most current information.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular backup operations.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and support administrative tasks as required.
