About The Position

Requirements
- Proven data entry or administrative experience preferred
- Strong typing speed and accuracy skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or similar software
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and reliability
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain customer, vehicle, and service records into internal systems
- Process and verify invoices, work orders, and transaction data
- Organize and update digital and physical files to ensure data integrity
- Assist with inventory tracking and parts data management
- Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner
- Support office staff with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
