About The Position

This 10-week, paid internship will provide hands-on experience at one of the nation's fastest-growing strategic advisory firms. Interns will engage in a variety of responsibilities across multiple departments, with a focus on potential employment upon graduation. This summer 2023 opportunity involves daily workloads and schedules determined by the department Manager or Director. The program is considered a 10-week job interview with the possibility of a full-time, post-graduation position for those who perform well.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while meeting or exceeding deadlines.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills across a variety of audiences.
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined.
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive, upbeat attitude.
  • A rising Junior or rising Senior with an expected graduation date of either '23 or '24.
  • In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook.
  • Comfortable working with others in various environments.

Responsibilities

  • Shadow team members within Sales, Retention, Marketing, and Client Services and provide support using Microsoft suite of products.
  • Learn the basics of the benefits business.
  • Shadowing preparation for sales meetings.
  • Organizing data for outbound sales and client retention campaigns.
  • Perform additional duties within our Client Resource Management system (D365).
  • Shadowing preparation for client renewal meetings.
  • Assisting with client documentation.
  • Using project management and communication skills to work with experienced teams in identifying requirements and resources needed to support the RFP process.
  • Supporting existing and new marketing campaigns.
  • Shadowing preparation for client meetings.
  • Assisting with client documentation.
  • Additional assignments as identified by management.
