About The Position

Clinical Architecture is seeking a Data Entry team member to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This role is responsible for assisting with the build, update, and delivery of standard medical terminologies to Symedical clients through a subscription portal. Key duties include updates, quality assurance, copyright, and licensing research. This is not an engineering, software development, or data analytics position, but rather focuses on data entry, review, and terminology updates. The role requires on-site presence at the Carmel, IN Headquarters, with ample flexibility for work-life balance. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with basic medical terminologies is required.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Highly motivated with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Candidates must be able to work on-site in Carmel, Indiana Headquarters.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Sequel Server Management Studio (SSMS) and Microsoft SQL preferred.
  • Prior experience working with structured data, content management, or healthcare terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in content updates using Clinical Architecture’s proprietary software tools.
  • Review terminology content for errors and discrepancies.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of content builds.
  • Research and document content copyright and licensing information related to terminology content.
  • Work with internal teams to support data integrity and ensure content is prepared for delivery to clients.
