About The Position

J ob Summary Responsible for entering reporting data in the State/Federal agency approve electronic record, maintains all documents that require participants, staff, or volunteer signatures in the participants physical record and have available for review by HHSC staff. Reports information fairly, professionally, and accurately when providing recovery services, documentation services, contacts and when communication with other professionals, HHSC staff and community- base organizations . E ssential Functions and Responsibilities Consistently displays excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with staff and the public, Maintaining up to date forms and regulations pertinent to program operations. Meet all data reporting requirements as established by program funding source . Maintain database for participants incentives and financial aid provided to participants, as well as expenses incurred by the program. Responsible for editi ng all participants' documentation into the program's database and conducting file reviews to ensure compliance with SOW requirements . Maintain accounts payable, payroll and contract files for the accounting department so that documents are filed accurately and as promptly as possible. Make copies and take deposits to the bank when requested. Transfer the oldest files to storage boxes at the end of each fiscal year and see that the boxes are stored in an accessible place. Maintains good work habits through timeliness and low absenteeism. Punctual always . Reflects a pleasant attitude that represents Aliviane Inc. in a positive manner within the community at large, and maintains a professional at titude to the employees, participants and public always . Project the same positive manner while attending community activities, training functions, seminars and conferences . Participate in HHSC webinars, conference calls, and trainings at the specified dates, times and locations as required by HHSC.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and one year experience in related field
  • Any combination of education and experience that can be demonstrated to be applicable to the duties listed in the job description
