This internship / Full time, provides a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, gain hands-on experience in marketing and communications, and contribute to impactful campaigns. We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our Demand Planning and CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) team. The primary responsibilities include updating data into excel files or Midea’s internal system in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proficiency with data management tools, and the ability to maintain data integrity to support efficient supply chain operations.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Data entry & management
- Data verification & quality control
- Work closely with demand planners, supply chain coordinators, and other stakeholders to gather required information
- Generate regular reports summarizing inventory orders, forecast updates, and CPFR status as needed.
- Maintain organized documentation of data entry processes and updates for audit and review purpose.
- Adhere to compliance policies
- Purchase request order entry.
- Process Improvement
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity and availability for forecasting processes
- Use forecasting and planning tools/software to generate reports and/or actionable insights
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on CPFR processes & tools.
