Requirements
- Proven experience in a data entry, customer service, or a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, and comfort with learning new software.

Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter, update, and maintain data in our company databases and internal systems.
- Perform regular data verification and cleansing to ensure the highest levels of accuracy and integrity.
- Handle customer enquiries via email and other digital channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Address and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring all information is correct before processing.
- Generate reports and retrieve data from the database as requested by management.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
