About The Position
Ready- Contractors is seeking a meticulous and highly organised individual to join our team as a Remote Data Entry specialist. This is a Full-Time position, offering the flexibility of working from home. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's data, which is vital for our continued success. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. The salary for this position ranges from $35,000 to $78,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a data entry, data clerk, or similar administrative role.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- The ability to work independently and maintain focus in a remote environment.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with the construction industry would be considered an advantage but is not essential.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data from various sources into our company's databases and digital systems.
- Perform regular checks to verify data accuracy and completeness, ensuring it aligns with source documents.
- Identify, review, and correct any data errors or inconsistencies in a timely manner.
- Maintain and manage electronic filing systems to ensure information is organised and easily accessible.
- Generate reports and retrieve data for internal teams as requested.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive company and client information.
- Assist with other administrative and data management tasks as required to support the team.
