About The Position

Requirements

• Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst also being a collaborative team player.
• A strong understanding of data confidentiality principles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications will be considered an asset.

Nice To Haves

• Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently entering data from various source documents into our company databases and systems.
• Reviewing and verifying data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output.
• Maintaining and updating database information to ensure all records are current and complete.
• Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
• Complying with data integrity and security policies to ensure all company information remains confidential.
• Assisting with general administrative tasks and supporting other departments with data-related requests as required.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency across all platforms.
