Requirements

  • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables
  • Ability to create, update, and analyze Excel reports
  • Experience with administrative and operational processes
  • Ability to review and validate data for completeness and accuracy
  • Experience supporting month-end activities and reporting requirements
  • Experience with process improvements and data cleanup initiatives
  • General office and administrative support skills
  • Collaboration skills with accounting, operations, and leadership teams

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain and update records within ERP systems
  • Create, update, and analyze Excel reports
  • Utilize VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and other Excel functions to support reporting needs
  • Assist with administrative and operational processes across multiple departments
  • Review and validate data for completeness and accuracy
  • Support month-end activities and reporting requirements
  • Assist with process improvements and data cleanup initiatives
  • Provide general office and administrative support as required
  • Collaborate with accounting, operations, and leadership teams
