About The Position

Arcetyp LLC is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support a US Government client at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. This is a full-time, onsite position providing administrative and customer service support to military members transitioning from active duty. The role involves coordinating appointments, maintaining records, providing front desk support, assisting with classroom preparation, managing program communications, and ensuring accurate tracking of participant completion requirements. The work environment is fast-paced and customer service-oriented, requiring interaction with Air Force personnel.

Requirements

  • Minimum six (6) months of administrative, scheduling, customer service, or data entry experience.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with military personnel, retirees, and family members.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
  • Must be U.S. Citizenship and meet suitability screening for working in a federal government environment.
  • Must pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience supporting the U.S. Department of Defense or other Federal agencies.
  • Military administrative experience.
  • Experience supporting Military & Family Readiness Centers, Transition Assistance Programs, or similar organizations.
  • Familiarity with military customs, terminology, and organizational structure.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule Transition Assistance Program (TAP) appointments and workshops.
  • Maintain accurate participant records using Government databases and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Provide professional front desk reception and customer service.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to program email inquiries.
  • Track participant attendance and program completion requirements.
  • Prepare classrooms and training materials before scheduled workshops.
  • Coordinate participant registration and distribute course materials.
  • Maintain Outlook calendars and scheduling systems.
  • Update spreadsheets, reports, and administrative documentation.
  • Assist military members with required transition documentation.
  • Maintain accountability of Government-issued classroom equipment during training events.
  • Ensure sensitive information is handled in accordance with Privacy Act and Government requirements.
  • Support other administrative functions within the Military & Family Readiness Center as assigned.
