About The Position

Blount Fine Foods is a family-owned and operated manufacturer, marketer, and developer of premium fresh prepared foods. The Data Entry Clerk works in a fast-paced environment and is expected to follow procedures, have a can-do attitude, and be detail-oriented and team-oriented. This is a third-shift position with hours from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m. The pay range is $17.00 to $17.43 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Can-do attitude.
• Ability to follow procedures.
• Detail-oriented and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify department HACCP paperwork.
• Register and record key process steps from the start to the finish of each batch.
• Assist with pack-out line setup.
• Enter all recipes into the production database systems.
• Identify departmental yield and bottleneck issues and communicate them to the Lead, Coordinator, or Production Support as needed.
• Use radio frequency (RF) equipment.
