About The Position
The Data Entry Clerk enters and updates information in computer programs and databases. This individual reviews files to determine what information must be entered and where it should be recorded, prepares source data by compiling and sorting information, and establishes entry priorities. The selected candidates will support a project involving OpenInvoice/OpenTicket and WellView. The team will provide training in both systems.
Requirements
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Oil and gas or related-industry experience.
- Oilfield service-company experience is acceptable and has been successful with this team.
- Ability to follow directions and complete individual assignments.
- Strong judgment, organization, and attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- WellView experience.
- OpenInvoice, OpenTicket, or other billing-system experience.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update information accurately in company systems and databases.
