About The Position

Frutierrez is seeking a meticulous and highly organised individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. This is a Full-Time position based in Califon, New Jersey, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information in our company databases and computer systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity and availability of our data to support our business operations. The offered compensation for this role is $29.00 - $43.00 USD per hour.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A solid understanding of data confidentiality principles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently enter data from a variety of sources into our digital systems and databases.
• Review and verify data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output.
• Maintain data integrity by performing regular checks and updates to existing information.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring all information is correctly organised.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
