About The Position

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be entrusted to ensure the quality of the information and the reliability of the database. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team in an established and growing Quebec company. You and the team will be fully remote, visiting the office when required.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel.
  • The incumbent of this position will provide support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec, including across Canada. Therefore, it is required that they be proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • The number of positions requiring English language skills in Quebec has been limited where possible

Nice To Haves

  • College Diploma DEC in a legal technique (in progress or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of the Quebec land registry

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a database by associating real estate transactions
  • Validate the data received and, if necessary, correct it
  • Carry out the processing of special cases which cannot be automated
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
  • Perform any other tasks of a similar nature
