We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our Loss Prevention team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data from various sources within our systems, supporting the Chargeback, ADM, and Refund teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and effective loss prevention processes, while working closely with internal departments including Chargebacks, ADM, Refunds, and Customer Service, while also liaising externally with merchants, airlines, suppliers, wholesalers, and customers. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of data entry experience required

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems, databases, and spreadsheets in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
  • Review and verify source documents for completeness, accuracy, and authorization prior to data entry, and follow up on discrepancies when required.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical records to support efficient retrieval, audit readiness, and operational continuity.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to clarify data requirements, resolve data-related issues, and support ongoing operational workflows.
  • Identify recurring data inconsistencies, process gaps, or operational concerns, and escalate findings to the appropriate stakeholders for corrective action and process improvement.
  • Ensure all communications and data-sharing activities are handled professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
  • Coordinate with wholesalers, customers, airlines, merchants, and other third parties as required.
  • Support collections activities and follow-ups with external partners.
  • Assist with memo reconciliation and related correspondence.
  • Contribute to new initiatives and continuous improvement efforts aimed at reducing losses and enhancing operational efficiency.
