About The Position

Himalayan Dog Chew LLC is looking for a Fulfillment Data Entry Associate to join their team. The company started in 2003 and has grown from a single product business to a pet supply company offering treats, toys, and gear. They aim to be the most trusted pet brand. This role involves updating and maintaining information in company databases and computer systems, collecting and entering data, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have essential data entry skills, fast typing, attention to detail, and familiarity with spreadsheets and basic computer functions. The position is full-time, Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with training from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.

Requirements

Typing accuracy

Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Good attendance is a must.
Ability to effectively communicate with multiple people across different depts internally, as well as the ability to professionally communicate with external customers when needed.
Experience with MS Office and data programs

Responsibilities

Insert Customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
Review data for errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check that the information entered is 100% accurate.
Review customer logistics and keep team up-to-date on customer requirements.
Order calculations and routing.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
Scan documents and print files when needed.
Respond to inquiries for information and access relevant files.
Comply with data integrity and security policies.
Ensure proper use of office equipment and address and malfunctions.
