About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain customer, project, and employee information in company databases and systems.
  • Review data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process and organize documents, contracts, and reports.
  • Assist with administrative tasks for various departments.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Generate reports and update spreadsheets as needed.
  • Support office operations and special projects.
