About The Position

This position is located at our corporate office in South Sioux City, NE, and offers relocation assistance to the Siouxland area. The role follows a hybrid schedule, with three days in the office and two days remote each week. This is an excellent opportunity for recent Master’s graduates or professionals with a few years of experience who are eager to build scalable data solutions and grow into a senior‑level role.

Requirements

Master’s degree in a related field or 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Foundational experience or coursework in modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, or similar).
Working knowledge of SQL and experience with at least one programming language such as Python.
Understanding of data modeling concepts and data pipeline development.
Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs.
Assist in developing and enhancing data infrastructure that supports business growth.
Partner with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality data solutions.
Support cloud-based data platforms and contribute to platform enhancements and optimization.
Apply data engineering best practices related to data quality, reliability, and performance.
Follow data governance, privacy, and security standards while working with sensitive data.
