About The Position
This role focuses on developing Batch ETL/ELT processes using SQL Server and SSIS to ensure high-performance data pipelines. The Data Engineer will be responsible for writing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures, designing and building complete data pipelines for various data structures (ODS, Staging, Data Warehousing, Data Marts), and implementing Data Warehouse solutions. Experience with CICD pipelines using Azure DevOps is a plus. The role also requires extensive experience with large-scale data processing, query optimization using TSQL, and implementing audit, balance, and control mechanisms in data solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience developing Batch ETL/ELT processes using SQL Server and SSIS.
- 3+ years of experience writing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures.
- 3 years of experience in designing and building complete data pipelines using SQL Server Integration Services (ETL).
- 3+ years of experience implementing Data Warehouse solutions (Star Schema, Snowflake schema) using SQL Server and SSIS.
- 3+ years of experience with large-scale data processing and query optimization techniques using TSQL.
- 2+ years of experience implementing audit, balance, and control mechanisms in data solutions.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with building CICD pipelines for data pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Develop Batch ETL/ELT processes using SQL Server and SSIS, ensuring best-in-class standards and high performance.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for data processing and analysis.
