This job collects and enters clinical and demographic data into internal database. Works with clinic staff to clarify data before entry into the database. Extracts data from the database and assists in preparing reports and filling requests and maintains organized and accurate data files. Follows established procedures and guidelines to maintain accurate, complete, and timely case report forms on all assigned studies.
