How we LEAD: Universal Music Group is looking to hire a Data Coordinator supporting the REPUBLIC Collective.

Requirements

  • At least one (1) year with relevant experience working an administrative or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Music, Business, Communications or relevant field
  • Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees of our company at all levels
  • Must be highly organized and forward-thinking
  • Ability to work closely with AI tools to generate prompts and build/train agents
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote and Canva
  • Coding ability in Python, SQL, and/or JavaScript

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working with a music label or public relation firm, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain standardized reporting for internal stakeholders
  • Build , train, deploy, scale and maintain deep-learning models
  • Track key release updates, charts and consumption for the REPUBLIC Collective
  • Procure and provide relevant data to inform marketing presentations and decks
  • Manage project deadlines, including keeping organized status reports
  • Manage complex and fluctuating schedules, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calls – both domestic and international, prioritizing calendars and follow up
  • Coordinate incoming meeting requests and prioritize
  • Provide light administrative and operational support, including possible travel
