Requirements

• Degree in Engineering with a basic understanding of technical environments
• Experience with data handling is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and validation
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, digital tools, and basic data analysis or reporting
• Good communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional, multi-location teams
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Gather project and workload data from Engineering Centre Leaders and global stakeholders
• Input, update, and maintain data in resource planning and capacity management systems
• Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across disciplines
• Support preparation of reports and dashboards on resource availability and workload distribution
• Identify discrepancies and contribute to continuous improvement of data collection processes
