About The Position

Augmodo is seeking an independent contractor for a short-term increase in data collection work, primarily accuracy visits that confirm what its AI sees on retail shelves. The coordinator handles the hands-on work of scheduling visits, collecting visit data, and processing it into spreadsheets. Augmodo provides weekly visit targets and the required data format; the contractor determines how and when to complete the work while meeting each week's deliverables. The scope may also include ad hoc data collection projects using the same approach.

The engagement is remote and US-based, with no in-store visits required. It is a three-month contract with a possible extension. Work is estimated at 30 to 38 hours per week depending on visit volume, and the contractor sets their own schedule. Reliable availability during Pacific Time afternoons and evenings is needed, roughly 2–8 pm PT, shifting about two hours later during US summer. The rate is $25 per hour. This is a temporary 1099 contractor engagement and is not eligible for employee benefits.

Requirements

• Experience with scheduling, coordination, or high-volume data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfort using Google Sheets, including filters, lookups, and basic formulas, and Google Drive.
• Basic Claude skills.
• Clear, timely written communication.
• Based in the US.
• Reliable availability during Pacific Time afternoons and evenings, roughly 2–8 pm PT, shifting about two hours later during US summer.

Responsibilities

• Schedule accuracy visits with Augmodo's field vendors and taskers according to weekly visit targets.
• Handle visit reschedules and cancellations.
• Download data from each completed visit.
• Enter visit results and prepare report spreadsheets in the required format.
• Deliver completed spreadsheets on schedule and flag visits that could not be completed.
• Complete ad hoc data collection projects when assigned.
