About The Position
We are currently seeking experienced Data Center Personnel to support projects across multiple locations. We are hiring professionals with backgrounds in commissioning, fiber installation, structured cabling, and other data center technical trades. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in data centers or related technical environments
- Experience with fiber optics, structured cabling, or commissioning activities
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation plans
- Willingness to travel or work at various project locations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Experience working in mission-critical environments
- Ability to work independently and within team environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Nice To Haves
- BICSI Technician (TECH) or Installer Certifications
- CFOT – Certified Fiber Optic Technician
- OSHA 10 / OSHA 30
- Data Center Commissioning certifications
- Manufacturer-specific fiber or networking certifications
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, testing, and troubleshooting of fiber optic and structured cabling systems
- Support data center commissioning activities, including system verification and documentation
- Install and maintain network infrastructure, cable pathways, and rack systems
- Assist with equipment installation, cable management, and labeling
- Follow data center safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Work with engineering and project teams to ensure proper system deployment and commissioning
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of work performed
