About The Position

We're seeking Level 1 and Level 2 Data Center Technicians to support a large enterprise-level data center environment. If you have experience with structured cabling, fiber optics, rack-and-stack deployments, or low-voltage systems, we'd love to hear from you. This role is approximately 60% inside plant (ISP) and 40% outside plant (OSP) work, supporting critical data center infrastructure and fiber networks.

• Experience working in data centers, telecommunications, or low-voltage environments.
• Knowledge of structured cabling and fiber optic technologies.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain servers, racks, network equipment, and PDUs.
• Perform rack-and-stack activities and hardware deployments.
• Install, terminate, and troubleshoot copper and fiber cabling.
• Support equipment diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Work closely with engineering teams on deployments and upgrades.
• Support installation of fiber optic and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Route, terminate, and test fiber and copper cabling between facilities.
• Inspect and maintain outside plant systems to ensure reliability.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors on installation and repair projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation of routes and infrastructure changes.
