About The Position

As a Data Center Technician, you will serve as one of the primary resolvers for your support team, skilled at troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware infrastructure issues. You will support and share knowledge of these technologies with team members. You will possess basic to intermediate system administration skills and work autonomously to resolve server issues. You will understand all aspects of the equipment you support. You will know how to take direction when given, paying attention to all details involved. You will work well with a team. You are receptive to feedback and able to adjust performance and behavior as required for the position.

Requirements

• 1+ Year of Hardware Break/Fix Experience including building of personal gaming computers.
• Previous hands-on server maintenance support, including performing hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, to ensure optimal system performance.
• Must be able to work on your feet for 12 hour days in a data center environment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior Low Voltage experience is a plus.
