Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years data center or IT infrastructure support experience
• Experience with data center infrastructure and support systems
• Ability to work independently and create technical documentation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge (phishing, smishing, vishing)
• Knowledge of power, cooling, and hardware lifecycle management
