Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a data center technician role
Strong understanding of data center infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, power, cooling).
Familiarity with safety standards and compliance regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passionate about helping people learn and develop their skills

Nice To Haves

Experience training or coaching colleagues in a data center environment
Previous in-person or virtual presentation or public speaking experience

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver technical training programs for data center staff (e.g., hardware, networking, cooling systems, power management).
Create training materials including presentations, job aids and reference guides
Conduct hands-on sessions and simulations for troubleshooting and maintenance.
Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
Conduct one-on-one coaching and training on an ad hoc basis
Conduct follow-up sessions with learners and managers to ensure effectiveness of learning
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data center technologies and best practices.
Liaise with operational and support teams to identify training needs
