About The Position

The Data Center Supervisor leads production associates performing freight loading and unloading, material accounting across multiple systems, and the assembly and installation of server racks and components. This entry-level leadership role coordinates inventory and materials processes, maintains safety and service standards, monitors production quality and compliance, and supports associates in their work. The role regularly interacts with customers, peers, site stakeholders, and subordinates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Solid interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Generally, 3–6 years of experience in material handling operations is preferred.
• Ability to pass required federal, state, local government, airport, or company background checks, clearances, and drug and alcohol tests.
• Ability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, organize, and coordinate cycle counts, inventory replenishments, and material returns.
• Ensure adequate safety measures are followed to protect personnel and property.
• Advise subordinates on questions or problems related to work activities.
• Monitor work and inspect production areas for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Recommend and implement documented procedure changes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Perform or assist subordinates with their duties.
• Maintain service level agreements using existing systems and tools, and ensure subordinates follow safety protocols and standards.
