About The Position

We are seeking a Project Manager / Site Lead, Low Voltage for a 3-month contract position in Childress, TX. The role involves overseeing Low Voltage (LV) subcontractor crews on-site, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and scope. The ideal candidate will be comfortable supervising subcontractors, tracking installed quantities, identifying and escalating issues, and coordinating with various stakeholders. This is an on-site position with an immediate start and a duration through December 2026.

Requirements

• Experience as a construction PM, superintendent, foreman or field coordinator (commercial, industrial or data center preferred)
• Comfortable supervising subcontractors and holding them accountable
• Detail-oriented with quantities: able to count, track and reconcile installed materials against plans
• Strong written communication for daily reporting
• Basic ability to read construction drawings
• Proficient with email, Excel or Google Sheets, and mobile reporting tools
• Available to start immediately and stay on site in Childress, TX through December

Nice To Haves

• Data center or mission-critical construction experience
• Familiarity with structured cabling, fiber or electrical work
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30

Responsibilities

• Oversee LV subcontractor crews on site every day and keep work moving according to schedule and scope
• Track and verify installed quantities, including cable runs, terminations, panels and related components
• Write and submit accurate daily reports covering manpower, progress, quantities installed, issues and delays
• Spot problems early (productivity, quality, materials, access) and escalate them to project leadership
• Coordinate with the general contractor, other trades and site management as needed
• Make sure subcontractors follow site safety requirements and project procedures
• Keep photo documentation and simple progress logs
