Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in cloud operations, systems administration, or production support
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) (compute, networking, IAM, storage)
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (VCN, DNS, firewalls)
  • Experience with monitoring, incident management, and ticketing systems
  • Ability to operate within structured, compliance-driven environments
  • Knowledge/Experience with troubleshooting and managing databases (Oracle preferred)
  • Must be a United States Citizen and currently reside in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Commercial and highly regulated SaaS services
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP, ILx, or similar compliance frameworks
  • Scripting/automation experience (Bash, Python, etc.)
  • Experience working in 24x7 production environments
  • Experience with Shepherd or similar
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Experience with M&O stack: Graphana, Prometheus or similar
  • Familiarity with construction & engineering industry desired
