About The Position
TEKsystems is expanding their data center footprint to Jeffersonville OH, and this role will gain hands-on experience with enterprise ticketing systems, perform server hardware diagnostics, handle Linux OS to run diagnostics, and swap out parts like DIMM, hard drives, CPUs etc. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude and an interest in computer hardware, troubleshooting, and data center operations.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose server hardware issues in a data center environment
- Perform hardware replacements including hard drives, memory (DIMMs), CPUs, and other server components
- Execute repairs and maintenance activities according to established processes
- Utilize enterprise ticketing systems to document and track work performed
- Support system diagnostics and basic Linux-based troubleshooting activities
- Follow operational, safety, and security procedures within the data center
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and hardware changes
