About The Position

The Data Center Operations Program Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of mission-critical programs that ensure the scalability and reliability of our global infrastructure. This role involves owning the DC Ops roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones in alignment with organizational objectives. You will drive tactical execution by resolving critical bottlenecks in hardware logistics, rack integration, and facility readiness. The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact for program health, delivering data-driven insights to leadership and cross-functional partners, and establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for global consistency. Proactive risk management is key, requiring the development of technical and logistical mitigation strategies to maintain operational efficiency and prevent project delays. Success in this position requires balancing hands-on execution with strategic portfolio-level coordination, partnering closely with DC Ops leadership to maintain alignment, visibility, and momentum.

  • Candidates who can bring their diverse experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match.
  • Love coordinating and executing complex, multi-team technology and operational initiatives.
  • Curiosity about interpreting technical data, mapping workflows, and driving continuous process improvements.
