About The Position

VERSYS (Verified Systems) is growing its team of experienced Mission Critical Project Managers for upcoming U.S. data center projects. This role is responsible for project execution, cost, risk, and client outcomes from early planning through turnover and closeout. The Project Manager will lead Data Center and Advanced Technology projects, working closely with field leads, clients, vendors, and internal support teams. The role involves a split between office coordination and site engagement, running daily priorities with field teams and subcontractors, walking the work, and staying closely aligned with clients, commissioning partners, and vendors. The Project Manager will own the rhythm of the project (schedule, cost, procurement, RFIs/submittals, QA/QC, and turnover documentation) and will have the resources and authority to improve processes and implement proven systems that help teams perform at a higher level.

  • Experience leading complex MEP / electrical / controls / commissioning-heavy scopes on fast-track projects (typically 5–10+ years total experience is ideal)
  • Proven ability to manage schedule, budget, subcontractors, procurement, RFIs/submittals, change management, and client communication in high-pressure environments
  • Strong understanding of building processes, systems, and project delivery fundamentals, including QA/QC, safety, and turnover/closeout documentation
  • Demonstrated capability in cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and project financial controls
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common project tools (PM software, cost management/accounting software, scheduling software)
